OK,OK – I had 2 people in one day tell me that they love pancakes, but they can't eat them.
“Why?” I quizzed.
“Carbs” said one.
“Diet” said the other.

You know what's so funny about this healthy eating program? I'm eating more....and I'M gaining weight. I need to! I'm eating more, and feeling better. My family are benefiting from lighter, fresher meals, and those among them who maybe do need to watch their waistlines are feeling fitter and looking better, and the kilos seem to be vanishing!

Hi...I just wanted to say this has personally helped me to identify the right kinds of foods to eat to stay healthy without going hungry or hating what I was eating. I am a pretty picky eater and with these foods in your book I was able to find enjoyable foods that were good for me too!! And all the bonus books were a awesome surprise...I especially loved the cooking with a thin attitude, all the recipes I've tried so far were simple and tasted great. Happy Birthday! You are doing great. Love your recipes. I agree that good natural food is the way to go. Lucky to have been raised on a farm without steroid beef or milk, I turned 61 in January and still actively working, gardening and participating in 5K walk/runs Spring and Fall.
