It&#039;s ok to eat all of that, in moderation, and as long as you equally load up on good for you stuff too.</description>

		<description>Of course you are right about the holiday meals but here in the UK it is all the other things that people tend to stuff themselves with, not only on Christmas day but at the parties leading up to it, that ruin the health effects of the vegetables - high fat snacks, mince pies, Xmas pudding with cream or brandy butter, chocolates and let&#039;s not forget the alcohol! And then of course there is the stress of all the preparation and Xmas shopping. A real recipe for disaster.

A promising looking blog. I shall visit again for for more great articles.</description>
