I guarantee there are some healthy foods that you like. To help you find them, I put together the A-Z Healthy Food Finder. I picked 100 foods that have the most nutritional impact and listed them in this ebook. There is also a description of the nutrient impact of each one… things like –
- raw garlic is a natural antibiotic
- or cinnamon decreases sugar spikes,
- or that broccoli helps remove excess estrogen,
- or that watermelon has as much lycopene as tomatoes – but you don’t have to cook it to release it.
There is an exercise where you and your family go thru the Food Finder and pick the foods you all like so you can start planning meals around those foods.

I’m not going to tell you what to eat, or what diet to go on.
My purpose here is to make sure that you know enough to make good decisions on your own.
I’m not going to tell you to eat what I eat. You may not like what I like.

As far as diets go, I don’t think you need them. If you are living a healthy lifestyle you will lose weight if you need to. Your body has an incredible ability to self regulate if given the right foods, exercise and sleep.
This will ruin eating out for you when you realize you can make better food at home than you get at most restaurants. Eating out becomes a disappointment. Imagine my shock when my teenaged daughter chose eating at home over eating out on a Friday night when we were already at the mall…
