Why Should You Eat Like Its 1974?

Its the year I graduated high school. People were still healthy then. Only old people got diabetes. You hardly ever of heard of anyone with cancer. It was next to impossible to find clothing over a size 16. And we still made our own food. Delicious food. The kind that many people alive today have never gotten to experience.

There's an underground group of people who still eat like its 1974. They eat peanut butter and jelly, and steak, and eggs, and pizza, and desserts of all kinds, and recipes you've probably never even heard of.
